Note: Dates can be moved 1-2 days according to air flights schedule
Duration of all hunts is usually 13 days including travel to and from base camps.
*- prices are the subject to change without notice
If you are willing to take a hunt well in advance for 2011 or 2012 year for the price of 2010 you may want to pay a 60% deposit which guarantees the price will remain unchangeable. Non-refundable deposit is $1000.
| If you want to take an additional trophy animal: |
Brown bear - 6,500.00; Snow sheep (same subspecies)- 9,500.00
Note: Down payment of $1000 is required for the hunt for the additional brown bear (it is non-refundable). After successful hunt (when you take additional bear trophy) you will pay the balance (difference between the current price on the date of hunt for additional bear trophy minus $1000,00). |
Note: Non-hunting companions will be charges $400 per day.
Note: a wounded animal is considered a gained trophy.

Price does not include:

scheduled air flights to Magadan and back

excess luggage fee

rifle transportation fee

service fee of meeting person in Moscow and in Khabarovsk, hotel/meals/transfer expenses in Moscow and in Khabarovsk

accommodation and meals in Magadan before and after hunt (if needed)

personal telephone calls (satellite phone calls from base camps $3 per minute)

passport & visa expenses

gratuities and personal shopping

Additional relocation(s) and observation helicopter flights per request of a Client are not included.
HOW TO BOOK THE HUNT
Deposit 50% of the hunt price is required to book your hunt for the current year(2010). The balance 50% is paid by wire transfer not later than 3 weeks prior to the hunt or in cash upon arrival to Magadan.
Deposits are non-refundable. There is exception – when a hunter has found a person to replace him/her for the same hunting tour not later than 60 days before the hunt starts. Deposit can be transferred for the next year (years) In case we are notified not later than 9 months before the beginning of the hunt (unless other conditions have been mutually agreed upon). When moving a hunt, a Client should pay a penalty $500 (deducted from deposit).
We can move your hunt only once.
if you book a hunt well in advance (for hunts in 2011-2012 years) you can pay $1000 as a deposition (non refundable). It will reserve your place on a specified hunt but doesn't guarantee the price will stay unchangeable in case it is increased. After 60% of current (2010) hunt price is paid the price remains unchangeable ( on refund policy see NOTE below).
NOTE: For deposits 60% of hunt price: we will refund deposit minus $500 if Client notified Outfitter about cancellation not ater than 12 months before the hunt starts. Refund will be done within 30 days. If Client wants to move hunt, and notified Outfitter not later than 9 months before his previously booked hunt starts, we will move his hunt without penalties. This note is valid only for the hunts booked directly with the outfitter.
